14 years ago I had a love affair with Sicily. Het, generous, exciting, full of flavor and authenticity. There was a passion in every second that I really miss. And it might be easier to get over missed if it had been a woman and not an island there was talk about. I do not know for sure because I've never had an affair food truck equipment with a woman and it is very possible they are difficult to overcome in some cases too.
It was much the Sicilian food I love me in. The combination of salty, sweet and hot. Daring combinations I had not tried before. Sultanas and anchovies in the process. Whoa! Powerful flavors of Greek, Spanish and Arabic character traits. That's what happens when one is an island and get visits from both east and west, north and south.
I saw Nigella on TV a while ago, and she made a kind of Sicilian pesto to pasta. That was all it took to get me out of the booth where I dug out the old photo albums, and made a variation of her Sicilian marvel.
Before I had an ambivalent relationship with rosé wine. The ones I've tasted have generally food truck equipment turned me halfway, slightly dreary compromises of some wines. Difficult to catch. Difficult to describe. Forgettable and not ideal for either meat or fish. Nice enough, but nothing more.
The fun of a real good rosé is that it is as likely to be drunk to grilled red meats such as grilled white fish, in salad or just for fun in the sunset (take a bottle until dawn, however, I wish you luck on your journey . Seek!).
I tried a Rosada ZABU, Filippo Baccalaros vineyard 400 meters above sea level at Arnaciosjøen in Sicily (Fun fact: ZABU comes from the old name of Sambuca). It sat like a bullet with my taste bombing of a Sicilian pasta.
The flavor notes reads: "Elegant, modest and inviting fragrance of flowers (rose, lilac?), And berries, mainly raspberries. Pitt little almond somewhere deep inside. food truck equipment Gorgeous! The taste is round, but fresh and has a lovely acidity with aromas of raspberries and currants. Incredibly food truck equipment comfortable both scent and taste / aftertaste. Very easy to like without food truck equipment it tries too hard to be liked. food truck equipment Embracing basilikummen in the food heartily! Can no problem drinking / enjoyed alone too. "
Begin by boiling spaghetti enough for 2 people. When you pour the water, saving you a coffee cup with water until the sauce yours. The starch from spaghetti to give the sauce a nice creamy consistency, and helps to thicken it. This method, I also use my paranormal good Spaghetti Carbonara.
