@ This, solar Carolina, is a true story of real life from which we are obtaining a novel .... and p

There was once a pastry chef, Alfredo Gargiulo, who worked for the Royal house of Naples. Before that he worked advanced synthesis & catalysis for the Royal house of Naples, he wanted to learn the fine art of pastry, advanced synthesis & catalysis he did everything advanced synthesis & catalysis with great passion and love for that job, day after day he revealed to his eyes as clear dawn of September, advanced synthesis & catalysis as the opening of a flower waiting for the warm rays of the sun and sweet, like something that grew and matured as vintage wines. He lived in Marano di Napoli, Gargiulo, under Camandoli, and in the central plaza opened its pastries. In the port of Naples was the ship Rex, waiting orders coming in contrasting ways, the previous order was denied by the next one, it was the year 1939 the war was at the gates, the great ocean liner was no longer used for the sparkling New Year and Christmas cruises, but had been taken over and used as a transportation of patients, in short, was a floating hospital. Annually, there was cavalire Vincenzo Renzelli that, he went to Naples from Cosenza, Renzelli was a monarch, and here at home Royal enjoyed a pastry chef who wanted to take with them in Cosenza. Vincenzo Renzelli worked as a waiter in a bar and pastry shop in Cosenza, but had clear ideas about his future, in fact, soon after, he married the daughter of the owner of the bar and pastry shop where he worked, and soon opened his coffee advanced synthesis & catalysis Renzelli today between the oldest in the city, he sensed immediately that he needed a good pastry chef, to launch his coffee. Having known the pastry chef Gargiulo, began a long relationship between the telephone and the Renzelli Gargiulo, the first tried, in every way, to persuade the latter to come to Italy to work as a pastry chef in his coffee. Alfredo Gargiulo, for a time gave up the offer, but when we were the first bombing of Naples, he realized that it was time to move away from Naples. He left, Gargiulo, at the time of Cosenza in 1940 and worked at the Gran Caffè Renzelli for many years, advanced synthesis & catalysis the following year he brought the family, Alfredo Gargiulo had six children, the last born under the bombarbamenti of Naples in 41 ', between only one of these follow in the footsteps of his father, Michael. Michael Gargiulo was twelve years old when he came to Italy, he wanted to do, too, and the pasticcire Alfredo Gargiulo opened in 1954, in Cosenza, its bakeries. What is certain is that the Gran Caffè Renzelli, renowned and known for its pastries, owes its success to Alfredo Gargiulo, that selected personally every ingredient he needed to create its wonderful pastries, nougat, candied fruit, and all that was done in confectionery, created true works of art. The tradition of this wonderful pastry from the Royal House of Naples, continues to Cosenza with Michael Gargiulo birth year 1929, the year of economic depression. Michele age of 82 continues to churn out high Neapolitan pastry and sweet, with art and love, as well as his father advanced synthesis & catalysis taught him, I personally know the Knight Michael Gargiulo and he himself told me this story of the Royal House pastry chef Alfredo Gargiulo of Naples and the tradition of his family, and the bombing of the ship Rex, even today, the Cav. Michael Gargiulo, wakes up early and almost with the same passion as ever, he went to his pastry shop in Corso Mazzini, 221 to Cosenza. I personally appreciate moltissimon "the raffioli" made with sponge cake and cream very special, all covered with sugar and just below a slice of lime. It seems that they were, the raffioli, favorites from the Royal House of Naples. I wanted to tell this short story not to forget, because advanced synthesis & catalysis I am convinced that after Michael advanced synthesis & catalysis Gargiulo advanced synthesis & catalysis will end the real Neapolitan pastry in Cosenza, among the best in the world ... heartfelt thanks to Cav. Milchele Gargiulo and his father the pastry chef Alfredo Gargiulo.
Hello, me too is natural to use the adjective "sweet" to describe this story. Absolutely right. Sweet is the memory of the taste, sweet the passage of time, the sweet Neapolitan pastry in Cosenza, sweet tenderness of the story .... the care in collecting the memories, as escaped advanced synthesis & catalysis interweaving advanced synthesis & catalysis mesh wire wool .... gather with patience ... and mend, with sweetness.
